Brixham is the perfect destination for holidaymakers, with its bustling harbour offering boat trips, fabulous eateries, great shops, and a life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind. There are at least five beaches within a couple of miles of the property, including Fishcombe Cove, Shoalstone Beach, Elberry Cove and Breakwater Beach, which lies at the mouth of Brixham Harbour. The neighbouring towns of Paignton (6 miles) and Torquay (9 miles) are equally inviting to visitors, Paignton with its steam railway and zoo, and Torquay with its sandy beaches.
