Just the right size for two, this property has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with access to a patio garden where you can enjoy mealtimes al fresco. The cosy lounge enjoys bright smatterings of colour, creating a cheerful, cosy atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, very well equipped annex attached to owner's home with lots of extra touches and in an ideal position, just a short walk down hill into Brixham. There is an off road parking space , with a few steep steps down to the patio (not enclosed) and entrance. Had a lovely week here .

lovely appartment with everything you need except a fan,the approach to the property at the back where you park could do with tidying up.the walk down to town is not too bad but walking up is a killer as it is a very long and steep hill

Nice comfortable well equipped clean accommodation to stay in a good location. Steps from the parking area to the property are very steep if you have mobility issues but good to have a close parking space. Beautiful sea views from the garden area and only a short walk into Brixham. Shops are close by. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend

If I could give 10 stars and above for each of the ratings I would. The cleanliness and equipment were second to none. The furnishings and decor were superb. Debbie was so friendly and went over and above. Could not recommend highly enough and would live to live here all year round. Altogether pretty perfect Carolyn x

This property is not suitable if you have a disability related to mobility and you're description should make this clearer. Had I known I would have looked for another property. I will use your company again, it was just not the right property for me. Good location for accessing Brixham.

We had a lovely week staying at Ripon Retreat. The property was spotless and very comfortable! Debbie was very friendly! The only downside for us was the access from the car parking area, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The access was 4 steep concrete steps, then a little footpath followed by another 7/8 steep concrete steps, both setRead mores of steps had handrails but were still difficult if carrying anything. Unfortunately we will not be returning due to the access! Hide

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. The accommodation was perfect and in a great location. Able to go out front entrance and walk down hill to harbour, or out the back entrance and onto the coastal path to Berry Head. Would highly recommend a visit. Small touches of kindness and treats for the dog were an added bonus. Thank you

Great property would recommend. Very high standard of cleanliness and great bathroom. Every thing you need for a stay near the coast. The parking was an added bonus made it so easy to come and go. All appliances of a high standard. Very dog friendly.

Brilliant. Lovely little holiday apartment. In a very good location. Handy local shop to quickly grab some food, if it's stormy and you want to cook in. A great location for dog owners, with a nice dog walking/field area just 5mins walk away. To be balanced.. negatives (very minor things): carpet in bedroom needed a good wash clean, noticed some slRead moreight leakage from the toilet cistern. However... 9 out of 10, about as good as you'll get unless you want to pay for a 5star hotel Hide

Our accommodation was very comfortable and had everything to help with that. Good kitchen equipment, comfortable lounge / dining area, plenty of books dvd's nice size bedroom, good mattress, and a lovely walk in shower. My only complaint, l didn't want to leave, love Brixham

Conveniently located in Brixham and great to have off road parking. Can easily walk down to the seafront although uphill on the way back but that is to be expected.

Excellent property and position in Brixham with lovely views across the bay from the outside seats. Debbie is a perfect host and would recommend staying here as it is a lovely position and excellently equipped. Having parking is a bonus. We would return without hesitation. Would recommend Berryhead and Fishcombe cove for walks and cafes with a viewRead more. Lovely food at Prince William and good priced drinks with indoor table service. Beautiful property with beautiful views of the harbour . Very clean and comfortable and lovely big wet room. Very peaceful sitting in the lovely garden. Would highly recommend staying there to family and friends the only draw back was the steep hill as I have mobility issues

Property was very clean, full size ironing board would be nice, and a kettle instead of a one cup system otherwise very well equipped. Location not too far from harbour. Tea coffee milk and biscuits on arrival.

We had a lovely long weekend, the annexe was really clean and well situated for walks over Berry head or a short walk down into town. We will definitely be returning.
