Stunning panoramic sea views over Broadsands and the Torbay coastline will greet you from most parts of this contemporary coastal property in the delightful seaside resort of Brixham. The house has an upside-down style with the living space on the first floor, taking advantage of the spectacular views. Huge windows to the front overlook the beach below with its line of brightly-coloured beach huts and to the rear, floor-to-ceiling windows give you an impressive view of the rear garden. The master bedroom on the top floor offers ocean views and for nights when you can’t sleep, a handy pool table!

Stylish and spacious, the detached property, which is accessed via a set of 13 steps with handrails, has a real ocean feel with its white decor and sunny flashes of colour. A tiered rear garden with different levels (and some steps) is accessed from the lounge and dining area, and here everybody can get together to socialise, either on the comfortable sofas or around the large dining table. On cooler winter nights, head inside to gather around the unique wood burner and play board games in the bright and breezy open-plan living space.

Walk down to the golden sands of Broadsands beach or the romantic Elberry Cove, each less than half a mile away. A great tranquil spot to just sit with a book or bathe in the beautifully clear water, there is a vast array of sea life to be discovered as well as the ruins of Elberry bathhouse. The property also offers easy access to the South West Coast Path from both points, leading to Brixham and Paignton, both of which boast a marvellous selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped property with beautiful views. Microwave did breakdown during stay but they did arrange a replacement the very next day which was excellent.No outside lights in the back garden so unfortunately no al fresco dining of an evening which is a shame as a lovely 3 tiered garden. Garden was very safe for our dogs (smalRead morel escape artists) but was a little difficult at the end of an evening when letting them out as no lights in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay! Wonderful property with stunning views. The photos simply do not tge house justice. We all loved our time there, the boys loved the games room and the pool table was such a bonus. All bedrooms have seaviews, the lounge view is unforgettable. Loved the kitchen with absolutely every utensil avaliable. We are just home from this incredible property. Its absolutely stunning. Every room is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing, especially from the large window in the lounge. We had a baby and a dog with us and it was so safe for both of them. The gardens are lovely and so peaceful and enclosed. The kitchen was so well equipped. The locatiRead moreon is perfect. Lovely welcoming and well equipped house with an exceptional sea view. Perfect for families and dog owners - every convenience provided for young ones and dogs, which was impressive and appreciated. With that fantastic view, it has to be the best property available for holidays in that area!
