Relax outside on the large private balcony while watching boats  far out to sea or if you can catch a glimpse of dolphins. Fancy stretching your legs? Take a walk long the famous South West Coastal Path, Britain's longest long distance footpath, which can be accessed directly from the front door, or stroll a couple of minutes into Ilfracombe's picturesque harbour and watch the boats from a quayside tearoom. 

 

A few steps outside lead up to the building’s entrance, with the property itself accessible by lift. Once inside the property, you’ll find two bedrooms as well as a shared bathroom. The property has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area set up, and this stunning, airy space is framed by big, set-back windows and sea views that occupy the far end of the room. In the window space sits a table and chairs, so you can enjoy a meal with front row seats to Ilfracombe’s ocean. If you fancy eating alfresco, to the right of the table, you’ll find a door to the property’s private balcony and outdoor table and chairs, perfect for entertaining on warm evenings.

 

 

Ilfracombe Harbour is less than a mile’s walk from the property and full of traditional seaside shops, as well as some great tearooms, pubs, restaurants. If you want to explore further afield, Watermouth is just 4 miles away, and home to a picturesque harbour, coastal walks and the fantastic Watermouth Castle. If you’re after adventure, the Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park is just 7 miles away, and is sure to be a memorable day out for all the family.

This apartment is a perfect location for the able-bodied. There are few steps to the front door then a lift to all floors. It is very close to the harbour and shops. It is immaculate inside and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable as was the corner sofa. Lovely to sit at the little table and have breakfast looking out to sea.

The views at this property of the seas and coastline are spectacular. The standard of furnishings is very high and the flat is obviously lovingly kept and very clean. It is very accessible to most amenities and places of interest within the town of Ilfracombe and we would highly recommend it (and the town), which we found very pleasant and friendlyRead more. We have stayed in a few apartments along Capstone Crescent as this is one of the finest. Stunning views, loved watching the Oystercatchers made even better by apartment binoculars, Nice comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. We loved our week here and we were entranced by the changing views out of the window. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and the lift in the building was exceptionally helpful when unloading and loading up. Everything was comfortable and well looked after.

Absolutely fantastic property! The views are amazing, and even though the weather was very stormy, we were very cosy, and you could just look out at the sea, and the waves crashing on the rocks. There was everything you could possibly need in the flat, and it was all so clean. All the furnishings are very comfortable. The flat was very clean & looked like it had new fixtures & things, the view out of the windows was amazing & loved the way it changed every time we looked out, it was surprisingly nice to find a lift in the building rather than lug our baggage up 2 flights of stairs the street outside was nice & quiet too even though there builders next door repoiRead morenting the building Hide

Wonderful stay at Oceanside apt 7. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and the views are awesome. Great location with pubs and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Parking by the apartment is restricted to 1 hour but there are a few car parks within a 5 min walk so it was never a problem for us.

An excellent location and very comfortable apartment which met all our needs. Parking is the only issue with time restrictions outside but the local council offer a relatively cheap long stay parking permit for lots of car parks.

Nice apartment in great location. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking was a bit of a problem (December 2021) but always available at Landmark Theatre about 8 mins walk away. Unfortunately lots of shops and restaurants closed due to winter/COVID but the walks are always open!
