With fantastic views, outdoor spaces and a contemporary interior, this attractive home is a superb base for a holiday with family and friends. Communal areas for eating, chatting and laughing mean that every moment is special and enjoyed together, and the fantastic location suits those who love to explore. Sitting just moments from the vibrant harbour, you can step straight out of door and inhale the fresh sea air as it guides you towards the water.

Gaze out over quaint rooftops and the rolling hills beyond to switch straight into holiday mode and take some time to relax. The beautifully bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area is spacious and stylish, with a Smart TV and PlayStation 3 providing fun for all the family. The kitchen has plenty of room for all hands on deck to rustle up meals and picnics which can be enjoyed either at the modern dining table, or alfresco on the wonderful patio area. Bi-fold doors open out onto the garden, throw these open in the warmer months to fill the house with sunlight and a sea breeze. Upstairs, the bedrooms are restfully decorated with nautical hints and coastal colour palettes. The master room has the luxury of an en-suite and a balcony perfect for taking a morning coffee outside.

Roam Brixham and discover local shops and galleries and sample fresh seafood. Hop on a boat from the harbour and explore Paignton or Torquay. Paignton is home to a great zoo where fun for all the family can be had. Local beaches, including Churston Cove, are great spots for swimming and sunbathing, rock pooling and running free, or tread the South West Coast Path for awesome ocean views.

Nice house, plenty of space, 5 mins walk to town using steps so probably not best for those who cant manage hills and steps. Great views and lots of games etc to use in the house. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen.

Lovely property in a great location with the added bonus of private parking. It was great to be able to easily walk into town and to the harbour.. The fish shop at the market is great and the fish & chips from Brixham Fish were fantastic. We did experience some noise from the flat above for a couple of days which we weren't expecting.

We all had a fabulous time at Salmon Leap. The kitchen and utility room are well-equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The open-plan living area gives an epic view to the other side of Brixham and beyond. A stay is highly recommended!

Salmon Leap was a great house in a lovely location. Walking distance to the harbour and easily drive able to local beaches and areas such as Torquay. We would definitely stay at Salmon Leap again in the future.

Great house, a short stroll from the harbour albeit some steps to manage, but was manageable for our group. The outside area is lovely and as the weather was so good we used the bbq on a couple of occasions. The property is spacious, comfortable and well positioned with lovely views over the town. Convenient for shops, pubs and restaurants which are a short walk either via steps or road down to the town.

Our stay at Salmon Leap was truly delightful. The property was well-equipped and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had a lovely stay at Salmon Leap. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Great outside space for a barbecue in the evening and the added bonus of a designated parking space. Just a short stroll to the harbour, not so easy coming back up though. This will be our first choice for our next visit to Brixham.

Salmon Leap is just lovely. The furnishings and fixtures have obviously been picked with care and attention to detail. We had a brilliant holiday and it was a pleasure to come back to this charming house with beautiful outside views. Hope to return soon.

Lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the local area. It had everything you needed and we all particularly loved the outside space, we made use of it dispite the weather not being the warmest.
