A lovely little cottage within 500 metres of Dulverton on the edge of Exmoor National Park, ideal for couples seeking a romantic countryside getaway. The dog-friendly cottage features a comfortable lounge, a contemporary kitchen/diner and an enclosed courtyard garden. With picturesque walks on the doorstep, this is the perfect base for exploring Exmoor and the North Devon countryside.

Accessed via a gravel driveway and adjoining the owner’s property, this deceptively large one-storey cottage is blessed with bright, neatly arranged rooms draped in soothing tones and stylish soft furnishings. Each room has a character all of its own, with relaxing views from almost every window. The lounge has comfortable sofas, while the kitchen/diner has everything foodies need to cook up a storm. The cottage’s en-suite king-size bedroom has been finished in neutral tones and promises a peaceful night’s sleep, plus the perfect excuse for a lie-in. Dulverton (500 metres) is a charming village blessed with art galleries, independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Exmoor National Park showcases mile after mile of glorious undulating countryside, haunting escarpments and bodies of water that are popular with active visitors of all ages. Staying at Little Meadow Too, was an absolute delight. Tucked away in a serene location, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The thoughtful touch of providing welcome milk and cake by the ownerRead mores added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and comfort on their getaway to Exmoor. Hide

Little Meadow was extremely comfortable accommodation and very well maintained. A bonus, parking for 2 cars and a patio area and separate garden. Dog friendly too with an outside hose with towels provided for muddy paws. Absolute ideal location, with a short walk to Dulverton. This cottage ticked all the boxes and definitely well worth a visit.

We had a great week. Lovely spacious accommodation for two and a comfy bed. Perfect location for exploring the area. There is a good restaurant in Dulverton called Woods. Its hard to book when you are there for a week, so plan ahead, as the food, wine and staff are all great. Plus, you can walk home.

It was a good location to get to other places, as could walk down in to Dulverton to the shops. Very comfortable and everything we needed.

Perfect location and very nice property. For us the property had everything we needed - really comfy bed - slept better than at home. We were very impressed with it and would definitely book again if we revisited that area.
