After exploring the beautiful North Devon coastline, head back home and indulge in a dip in the hot tub as the sun sets. This unique accommodation, sleeping ten over four bedrooms, is the perfect base for a family getaway by the sea.

This bold split-level home has been decorated with a stylish monochromatic scheme, with plenty of character, from the polished concrete floors to the carefully chosen artwork. Reached via some steps, take a book to read in the vibrant snug or in the spacious lounge surrounded by full-length windows boasting stunning views. Cook up a storm in the rustic yet contemporary well-equipped kitchen (reached via six steps) to eat in the dining area. Afterwards, why not enjoy a drink in the bar area or put on a family favourite film. The four bedrooms are exquisitely furnished with atmospheric decor and quality bed linens. Stylish and luxurious, the bathrooms ensure you are relaxed and refreshed during your stay. Venture outside and enjoy a BBQ on the patio, with the infinity lawn just beyond. Finish off your evening with a well-deserved soak in the hot tub.The fourth bedroom is a king-size room located in the external annex, it is a very funky space with original artwork adorning the walls and having a very comfortable king size bed, wi-fi and top quality bedding, the barn is very rustic, only accessible by steep steps and has no bathroom facilities - so it’s best suited to those more intrepid individuals with a penchant for glamping.

Appreciate the breathtaking coastline by taking a walk along the South West Coast Path, or visit some more beautiful beaches such as Putsborough, Saunton and Croyde, which also have excellent eateries nearby should you wish to dine out. Cute and quirky cottage in an excellent location but the cottage requires some updating to ensure the weekly rental price is justified.

Characterful old cottage so expect low ceilings, small rooms, thick walls (wifi/mobile patchy) & rustic style. Kitchen very well equipped, even condiments/herbs/oil for cooking. Annex barn room is good size with ensuite toilet. Fab v. long garden with sun throughout the day. No issue with off-road parking at the top of the road (~5 mins walk). SaunRead moreton Beach ~7 mins away. Great meals at Bambu (dinner was only at weekend) & The Black Horse (2 & 10 mins walk) + Meraki Pizza & Squires Fish & Chips. Hide
