We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this lovely house. It was in a perfect location for the harbour area, accessed by a steep hill or lots of steps to keep us fit and burn off the delicious food and wine! Brixham is a lovely place, we managed to fit lots in, the outdoor pool and bistro near Berryhead, boat trip to see the dolphins, FishcoRead morembe Cove, water park at Paignton, Breakwater Bistro and Crabbing! We had our 2 dogs with us and they were welcome everywhere. Absolutely loved it! Hide

Great property within easy walking distance of the harbour and marina but far enough away to be really quiet. Well equipped and comfortable with a great little outside terrace space that was a real bonus. We loved it and are already looking at when we can come back.

An impressive house that was immaculately clean. Super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We went on coast walks straight from the house (Berry Head and Elberry Cove were lovely walks), also visited Paignton Zoo and generally enjoyed Brixham! The New Quay Inn is a great pub, and there are loads of places for food - The Curious Kitchen waRead mores a highlight for us. Only minor downside is that the outside area isn't suitable for dogs toiletting so you do have to take them out. Hide

A fabulous property in Brixham. Clean and well equipped. Warm and comfortable. Lovely homely touches, the TVs in the bedrooms were a treat for the children ! Beautiful, comfortable and modern house with lots of space.. We were worried about parking near the house but it was never a problem. There are steps and slopes down to the town which could be an issue for some, but we came home fitter! Lots of lovely walks and coves to find. One piece of advice is to book places to eat if you want to eat out.

Stunning property in a fantastic location. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the harbour. Very steep walk to the harbour. Only downside is the outside space, steep stairs to a small seated area which is unsafe for small children and pets. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.
