Book a seaside holiday at this dreamy coastal apartment directly on the beach at Croyde, Devon’s surfing mecca. There’s a gate leading straight to the sand so you can start the day with a bracing swim or a gentle stroll along the shoreline. With one king-size room plus a single bedroom, this sweet holiday home is ideal for a romantic trip for two or a small family.

The inside of this attractive property is decorated in relaxing colours with wall lighting and seaside-inspired artwork. In the open-plan living area, you can stretch out on the sofas and watch some TV, perhaps opening the French doors to let some salty sea air in. There’s a wooden table and chairs for enjoying meals together, plus a well-equipped modern kitchen for preparing them. Why not pack up a yummy picnic, a blanket and enjoy them on the beach or clifftops nearby? Outside the accommodation, you’ll have access to a shared lawned area where you can kick back at sunset with a cold beer, resting on the benches provided.

There’s plenty to discover in the surrounding area, whether that’s wandering into Croyde village 1 mile away and having a nosey around its independent shops, or heading along the South West Coast path to the impressive Baggy Point headland 1.5 miles away. You’ll be within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so expect to be wowed by pretty sand dunes and lovely sea views during your stay. Why not hire a wetsuit and board and try out some surfing or stand-up paddleboarding, just like the locals? For more stunning scenery, Exmoor National Park, a nature lover’s paradise of gorgeous moorland and deep wooded valleys, starts just 16 miles away.

Excellent location right on croyde beach, baggy point end. Lovely that lounge doors open up to see the sea, though could do with an outside clean more often. Big table seating 6 and amazing welcome pack of food, coffee and orange juice. Sofas not very supportive of back and shower on the small side with no shelf for toiletries. Overall a very nice Read morestay but bit on pricey side - luckily we had a discount in shoulder season. Hide

Beautifully situated, so close to the beach, we could enjoy the sight and sound of the waves from home. Parking provision is good. Labelled slots for all apartments + plenty of spares. Outside furniture for each apartment+ communal areas. Pool closed.

Overall the property was fine and the location stunning. A bit tired in places but as we got the property for a reduction for this week it was worth the money paid. However, I wouldn't have thought the same if we had to pay full rate which would have been over 1,000 as a number of areas are tired i.e. washing facilities old, plugs not fitting very Read morewell and snapped off, tight shower in the on-suite with floor not fitted properly, blown windows and decor a bit tired. Great location with parking on site. Perfect for our family of 3- being able to walk straight onto the beach was a delight. Could do with some modernisation, but overall was very comfortable.

Good place to stay very convenient for the beech and boarding at any point during the day. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Short 15min to town or Pizza van,chicken shop,fish&chips all within 300yrds.

Fab base for a holiday, very close to the beach. Clean and modern accommodation. Basics provided such as dishwasher tablets and a welcoming cream tea. I have booked to go again in a few weeks as enjoyed ourselves so much!

What a great place! Location couldnt be better for beach/baggy point. Apartment was super clean and the complimentary items in the kitchen were a nice surprise. Will definitely be looking for a return visit

Great location to the beach and many street food vans in nearby camping sites. Could do with a better cleaning of the floor and surfaces, especially for what the accommodation costs. Also, for some reason we arrived and there were 2 spots of water in the lounge. Not sure if the cleaners tipped it by mistake, but thankfully we had some newspaper to Read moresoak it up (too much water for cloth or kitchen towel). There were quite a no. of ants in the lounge but we managed to kill loads on the first night! Hide
