After a day exploring the delights of the surrounding coastline, grab all the local goodies you’ve collected and climb to the first floor to be welcomed into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room where you can whip up a hearty meal and enjoy a romantic dinner beside the large picture window framing the stunning seaside view. As the evening draws in, relax on the comfortable sofa and pop on the TV or simply admire the sunset over the Bristol Channel. When bedtime calls, you won’t be able to resist the peaceful charm of the double recliner bedroom; why not have a soak in the luxurious bath in the stylish bathroom before bed? Catch the last of the day’s sun on the superb balcony, perfect for al fresco dining whilst watching the waves crashing against the rocks in the distance.

The Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe boasts a historic harbour, with Damien Hirst’s statue, Verity, standing guard at the entrance, plus plenty of independent cafes, shops and ice cream parlours to explore. Hop aboard a boat trip from the harbour half a mile away to spot seals, dolphins and porpoises against panoramic views across the bay. Also from the harbour, take a day trip over to Lundy Island on a steamer to explore the unique island renowned for its puffins. Keen walkers or cyclists can join up with the South West Coast Path from the headland to be rewarded with dramatic clifftop scenery and views out to sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your property, It was comfortable, ideal location, close to the harbour with its restaurants, cafes & bars. The outlook from the kitchen & lounge was fantastic. We would definitely return to your property if we visit Ilfracombe again. Thank you

Brilliant location close to the Hip No.8 and an excellent take away. Lovely sea views and great to have a parking space, was a bit tight but we managed with a 4 x 4. In our 70s we found the step down into the bathroom a bit tricky, especially at night when we were tired. A few things like the TV need updating but overall we had a lovely holiday. LiRead morez was extremely helpful, so much so we have already booked 2 weeks for next year! Hide

Lovely flat with brilliant views. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Quiet at night. Parking space was tight but we got a 4x 4 in and out . Would highly recommend.

A very clean and well equipped property ,ideally situated as far as we were concerned.Great views out to sea from the balcony and walks to the Quay ,restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Dog owners will appreciate the grassy areas within yards of the flat. We really enjoyed our stay

Loved staying here, the view is amazing and is very close to the harbour , we saw a seal and 2 dolphins while looking from the balcony which was lovley. We didn't want to leave this apartment, our only let down was the weather . I would definitely stay here again . Parking was tight for my mondeo but at least I had a parking space

A very nice apartment, comfortable and well situated. It was nice to sea the sea just outside and watch seals from the balcony. We would certainly go back. The parking was perfect for us but could be tricky for anyone with a large car.

Great sea front location. Clean and comfortable warm and tidy. Right on the sea front with a great view of the horizon. Hard to fault ( Parking is tight but not to difficult). We really enjoyed our stay with both the town centre and Harbour a very short walk away. A great holiday was had.

Spent four nights in this accommodation. It was very clean and well equipped. The sea view was amazing and you wont find a property closer to the sea. One minute walk to the harbour.

Really nice apartment with fantastic views of the sea. It is very well equipped, modern and comfortable. There is an electric bed which we werent expecting but was fun to use. A great location with the only drawback being the size and access to the parking space. We only have a 5 series bmw but this didnt leave a lot of room at the front for other Read morecars to pass/park. Overall its a lovely place and we would happily stay again. Hide

Parking space across the narrow road opposite the house which was split into 3 apartment. Tides reach is on the first floor. It was cosy and comfortable with a recliner leather sofa and another 2 seater sofa. Adjustable bed as really comfortable. Loads of hot water and a bath to soak in after a long hike! The view is amazing, as though you are at sRead moreea as the house seems to be built on the rocks. Really great location fo the town and Tarka Trail. A wonderful place to stay and explore. Loved it. A delightful apartment, with the added bonus of private parking. The apartment is well equipped, and very cosy and comfortable, I spent a lot of time on the balcony, listening and watching the sea, a perfect place.

The cottage is in a beautiful position with a wonderful sea view. It was great to watch the rise and fall of the tide. A great place to spend our Christmas break.

Our host Liz was both very helpful and pleasant to talk to. As this is a dog friendly apartment we was met with a very thoughtful welcome pack which had flowers, human treats and doggy treats. The apartment was very clean and everything you needed was available. Car parking for one car is opposite and although we have a 4x4 it was a little tight buRead moret not impossible. The location is brilliant with all amenities close with beautiful walks along a coastal path. Don't forget to take your binoculars! Hide

Lovely clean and welcoming spacious apartment, was amazing to be able to stand at the balcony and admire the sea view and breathe in the fresh air. Also has its own allocated parking space opposite the main door which is a real bonus. Lovely walks, friendly people. Will definitely stay again
