Sovereign is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Seaton surrounded by shops, places to eat and a very short walk to the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful with lots of hot water. With the added benefit of a small closed-in garden, its a perfect place for a very good holiday.

A well presented property in a great location. Nice neutral decoration with a good size bedroom and nice shower room. Kitchen was well equipped. Directions and details on finding and accessing the property were very good and the communication was good. The staff in the local pubs were very friendly and all those we visited were dog friendly, wiRead moreth our dog getting quite a few biscuits! Just to add for those travelling with pets our dog struggled on the stones in the courtyard so we needed to walk to the top of the town for some grass (note two of the parks don't allow dogs and the beach is pebble although dogs are allowed). Perfect location for everything that Seaton has to offer, supermarkets on your doorstep, plenty of cafes & coffee shops, pubs & restaurants all within walking distance, beach about a minute away. Perfect location in Seaton, drop off was fine & no problem getting parking with permit. Private location, perfect ground floor apartment for our dog. Spacious & well equipment. Owner replies to any queries, we would definitely stay again!

We had a fab week at this property. Luxurious bathroom, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our four-legged friend. Location is also worth a mention with pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes and the beach all within a very short walk. We will be returning.

Lovely modern feel to the property which was well equipped. The bed was super comfy. Great central location so shops, restaurants and the beach/coastal path were all within walking distance.

Property was very clean well equipped. Not alot in seaton but a very good base to visit other parts of the west country. Nice pubs and places to eat on the door step of the property. Lovely safe enclosed garden for our dog to run around. And free parking a bonus. Locals very friendly. Would recommend this place to friends and we'll be booking agaRead morein. Easy to book. We did have a slight problem finding the property, mainly because i had imagined the photo we were sent was the front of the building and that the shingle was for the unloading of luggage. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful apartment, the standard of furniture and equipment was superb, also so close to the beach and shops (rather good bakery there) would have no hesitation in recommending. Will hopefully be back for another visit very soon. Pam and Jack Cant
