However, you’d be foolish not to get out on foot, on two wheels or even in the car to explore the magnificent North Devon coast and countryside that surrounds the property.

Take the lift to this third floor apartment via the lift and find yourself greeted by an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with all the mod-cons and an enclosed balcony accessed via French doors with outdoor seating. This all-encompassing lounge promises an excellent space for hosting slow mornings and restful evenings, the perfect antidote to everyday life. Both bedrooms can be found just down the hallway, the largest of which is a king-size with the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is similarly spacious twin furnished with zip-and-link beds for added versatility, complete with a family bathroom next door.

Mosey on out and spend time exploring Woolacombe, stopping off in shops and cafes before grabbing some fresh fish and chips and heading to the beach (200 metres). Whilst Woolacombe Beach is undeniably beautiful, you may wish to spend your days discovering the endless string of pristine beaches that hug the coastline, including Croyde Beach (5.5 miles), Saunton Sands (7 miles) and Combe Martin (11 miles). We also recommend spending some time in Ilfracombe (6 miles), a characterful harbour town with sparkling waters, boats coming in and out and fascinating beach tunnels.
