Indoor/outdoor living can be enjoyed thanks to multiple bi-fold doors and the exceptional wrap-around terrace – a real delight in the summer.

The highest quality appliances await indoors, with the iPad Smart control kitchen, Smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, and the underfloor heating. Any chef will love getting stuck into meal prep in the kitchen, a room with quality appliances including a wine cooler, coffee machine and ice cube maker. For cooking outdoors, find a unique BBQ lodge and a pizza oven out on the terrace. Back indoors, the five bedrooms are laid out across the ground and first floors. Each one offers a super-king-size zip and link bed for additional versatility, and two rooms also feature single trundle beds to sleep additional guests. Finally, a lovely family bathroom with a bath and its own TV adds to the overall luxury of this incredible place.

Lace up your walking boots and explore the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on foot. Admire the treelined pathways of Hunkin Wood, the ancient grounds of Hemyock Castle and the wildlife hotspot of Culmstock Beacon (all 3 miles). Nature lovers of all ages will adore the local attractions of Wildwood Devon (11 miles) and The Donkey Sanctuary (17.5 miles), whilst those seeking activities best suited to families should head to Crealy Theme Park (18.5 miles).
