You can access the coast path from the nearby spot of Westward Ho! (12 miles), famed for its 2-mile stretch of golden sands and turquoise waters, before retreating to the wide choice of fine eateries, local shops and even arcades. For a lively day out, the adventure parks of The Big Sheep (8 miles) and The Milky Way (12 miles) both serve up a day full of fun, whilst a more relaxed adventure can be found at the Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks, where you can delve into free-roam wildlife at will, both within 30 miles.

Set back from the living area you have the remaining kitchen/diner spaces, the kitchen itself hosts all the appliances you will need for a stress-free stay, whilst the dining table provides a lovely spot for those laid-back family meals. When the night draws in, retreat to your choice of two bedrooms, one hosting a king-size bed and the other a twin set of beds. The cottage is completed by the generously sized luxury bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower.
At the front of the cottage, you'll be able to enjoy a private and fully enclosed garden with lawn, patio and outdoor seating for all. You also have direct access to a well-kept, shared garden, an ideal space for all the children to play together. On the beautiful, wider estate, you are also free to enjoy a host of wonderful family attractions on site, including animal enclosures where you can meet alpacas, a miniature donkey, pygmy goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and even a goose, alongside enjoying the gnome garden, indoor and outdoor play areas, fairy walk, stream and woodland paths. Meet the owners each morning for the daily animal feed, egg collecting and tractor ride. There is a total of 8 acres to explore and experience in this stunning setting.
