You''ll find a lounge with a cosy wood burner and an array of seating suiting all tastes, while the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare tasty group meals. The handsome dining room provides space for all and is perfect for sociable meals and board games. Upstairs, three delightful bedrooms await weary heads: one double room with views across the courtyard, while the king-size and twin rooms boast views over the fields towards Bideford Bay. The bedrooms share the use of the stylish shower room with an invigorating rainfall shower. Make the most of the outdoor area on sunny days, where you''ll discover a courtyard with seating and even a hot-water shower for your mucky pups. Find private parking for two cars.

Less than a mile away is the secluded Peppercombe Beach. This shingle shoreline is extremely quiet – so much so that you''ll likely have it all to yourselves. Along the coast is a beach with a very different experience – Westward Ho! (7.5 miles). This lively spot has cafes, amusements and a giant sandy beach with surfing-approved seas. Croyde, the surfing capital of North Devon, is just 24 miles away. Mosey around the shops and grab a bite to eat in Bideford (5 miles). Other attractions include The Milky Way Adventure Park and the Big Sheep Theme Park (both within 4 miles).
