This beachside apartment is perfect for a beach lover’s retreat. With easy direct access down onto the sands and spectacular ocean views from your very own lounge, it is ideal for spending long, lazy days at the beach. Saunton Sands is a popular beach with beginner surfers, so the waves are generally quite gentle. It is also very family-friendly with a 3-mile swathe of soft, golden sands and turquoise waters. Walkers can pick up the stunning South West Coastal Path here and golfing enthusiasts can hit the Saunton Golf Club with its 36-hole championship course. Directly below Knelle Lodge is Braunton Burrows,one of the largest sand dune systems in the British Isles teeming with wildlife and designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The village of Braunton is 2 miles inland and has an array of shops and pubs. There are also many more beautiful beaches within easy reach, such as Croyde Bay just 1 mile around the headland and Woolacombe beach 7 miles away, both stunning destinations.

Stepping inside this stunning apartment, which occupies all of the first floor, you will soon notice the light and stylish interiors on offer throughout. From the hallway you can continue straight on through into the gorgeous open plan lounge. This fabulously sociable room boasts a contemporary look with those stunning sea views, a comfortable sofa, an additional armchair and a Smart TV allowing you all to wine, dine and share all your favourite moments of the holiday. The kitchen/diner area is perfectly appointed, offering a great selection of appliances perfect for the chef to cook up a tasty meal. Heading back through the hallway will bring you to the two beautiful bedrooms, both of which provide a super-king zip and link bed (can be made into twins upon request), again providing those sea views. Completing this stylish apartment is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside guest have a shared terraced garden along with outdoor seating, whilst there is also a sunken trampoline and designated BBQ area where the nominated chef can cook up a tasty beachside meal under the sun. Private parking for 2 cars.
