This delightful barn conversion is located in the middle of working farmland in Crediton, a charming market town in Devon. It’s the perfect, pet-friendly bolthole escape for a multi-generational family or group of friends. While Crediton town centre is just 2 miles away and is home to a bi-monthly farmers’ market, you can easily travel further out and enjoy a day of dining and retail therapy in the vibrant city of Exeter, 8 miles away. Visit the majestic Exeter Cathedral renowned for its astronomical clock dating from the 14th century. Outdoors enthusiasts will enjoy trekking through Haldon Forest, 17.5 miles away. Closer to home, take the kids to feed the ducks and fly kites in Shobrooke Park, 2 miles away.

Enter the barn via a spacious entrance outfitted with a large cloakroom for coats and shoes. Opposite, there is a convenient utility room with a washer, dryer and a WC. Go up a couple of steps into the striking open-plan kitchen/diner. This is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of fizz at the beautiful kitchen island and bar, while the designated chef whips up a hearty meal. To the rear of the barn, you’ll find the inviting lounge with a crackling wood burner and a Smart TV. From here, you can open the patio doors and step out into the delightful outdoor space. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen, dining area and all the bedrooms.

On balmy evenings, unwind with sundowners on the patio in the enclosed garden overlooking the meadow, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars. The outdoor area offers a BBQ, a lawned area, a seating area under the pergola and plenty of space for your four-legged friend to enjoy. There is private off-road parking for four cars.
