Reputed to be Britain’s largest village, Braunton has a bustling selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars – the heart of the village is less than 100 metres from your doorstep. For those who want to walk or cycle further, the figure-of-eight Tarka Trail and the South West Coast Path run through the village, and Braunton Burrows (5 miles) is one of the largest sand dune systems in the British Isles.
