Head out the front door, cross the road and then stroll through St James Park to the historic picturesque harbour with its famous 'Verity' statue, stopping for lunch at one of the cafes, restaurants or pubs and then taking a boat trip to explore the local coastline and/or Lundy island. Head to the unique Tunnels Beaches set in a sheltered cove for a dip in the tidal pool refreshed twice a day by the sea or take a scenic walk to Hele Bay nearby. Exhilarating coastal walks to Woolacombe and Combe Martin following the Southwest Coast Path and plenty of secluded rocky coves are all within walking distance of the apartment which gives you a taste of the beautiful coastal scenery in this region. Within a short drive you can be in Exmoor and discover the splendor that this National Park has to offer.
This third-floor apartment enjoys spectacular uninterrupted views of Ilfracombe harbour, the surrounding coastline and out across the Bristol Channel to the Welsh coast. The apartment is decorated in a fresh, contemporary, coastal style and is set within a Grade II listed Georgian terrace. It has a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room and bedroom (not lounge) which both enjoy fantastic views of the harbour, where you can sit and watch boats coming and going in the ebb and flow of the tide and ever-changing seascapes and sunsets no matter what the season. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and there is a large table with four dining chairs. There is a separate lounge with a comfortable sofa to the back of the apartment. The master bedroom is well-furnished and close to the shower room which has a large walk-in shower cubicle.
Whilst there is no private outdoor space at this property, with St Jame's Park just outside the front door and sea views whether inside or out, there’s no shortage of beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy.
