This second-floor apartment is the perfect spot for a Devon holiday. Located in a picturesque fishing village on the coast, it offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Climb the internal stairs to the second floor of this apartment block. Inside, the home is bright and spacious, and the airy open-plan living area is the perfect space to spend quality time with family and friends. The large kitchen is well-equipped, with everything needed to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. Serve up at the dining table before making yourselves comfortable in the lounge area and admiring the estuary views through the large patio doors. On a warm, sunny day, you can slide these open and take a seat on the private balcony, watching the fishing boats come and go. Completing the interior of the apartment are two bedrooms, a double and twin, and a family bathroom.

Instow is a picture-perfect fishing village, situated at the confluence of the Rivers Torridge and Taw, with plenty of cafes and pubs by the harbour. From here, a short ferry ride takes you to Appledore, another charming fishing village with a maze of winding streets lined with galleries, boutiques and cafes. Bideford is 4 miles upriver, with independent shops and a pannier market, and the lively town of Barnstaple is just 7 miles away. Clovelly, with its postcard-perfect cobbled streets, famous donkeys and pebble beach, is only 15 miles away. And don’t miss the Tarka Trail, one of the country’s longest traffic-free paths, which follows the route of the former Southern Rail track.

Lovely apartment. Perfectly situated for walking into the village and routes in and out of Instow. The views from the living room, dining area and kitchen are fantastic. Nice pubs that all do great food as well.

A lovely few days spent here. The flat had everything I needed. The pub in the village are all warm and welcoming. Places I recommend: beaver Inn, Appledore, fantastic sea food and see views. Squires, Braunton - beautiful Fish and Chips, great value. Hoops Inn, Horn Cross - 700 year old pub, lovely food. Can't wait to come back in 2023.

Very Clean well equipped accommodation with super views from the balcony across the bay to Appledore. Easy to find property in a good location for local beaches and access to Bideford shops. Close to main road routes north and south. The Tarka Trail/ South West Coast path is immediately below the balcony, great for walking and cycling.

Had a lovely stay at Broadwaters. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely views from the balcony, especially the stunning sunsets. We would recommend the Instow Arms and Westhaven Inn. We ate at both pubs and the food and service was very good. We had an enjoyable day the RHS Rosemoor and would recommend this for a visit. I have always said, much to my families amusement that if you get the 'weather' this country is the best place to holiday in. We have had the very best weather 30 degrees and the best location. We cannot fault the apartment, the view or Instow. Every sunset has been fantastic especially if you have got a beer at hand in the Instow Arms. The aparRead moretment was immaculate, very cleanm and the beds comfortable. Places to go, Clovelly, Appledore4 and our favourite Croyde Bay. Hire a body board at the car park for 10 for 3 hours and enjoy the waves. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we have, we are leaving now and you have just arrived - we however will return. Hide

Amazing views that change all the time with the tides, but the sunset is particularly attractive. Comfortable and well equipped apartment, though be aware that it's two floors up so make sure you take everything you need when you go out.
