Indulge in a sumptuous stay at this beautifully presented, duplex apartment in Beer. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom property, which welcomes four-legged guests, is perfect for a family break or for two couples on holiday together in East Devon. Venture out from here to lounge about on sandy beaches or to hike out along the dramatic Jurassic Coast.

Let yourselves into your accommodation at ground-floor level and kick off your shoes and hang your outerwear before making your way up to the first floor, where the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is located. Exquisitely decorated and with light pouring in from two sides, this is an elegant space. Choose a book, play a game or switch on the TV. Prepare homecooked meals in the kitchen area then dine together at the table inside or on the balcony, which comes off this space. There is a separate WC at this level. Climb the stairs to the floor above to find your beautiful bedrooms, including a king-size, with en-suite bathroom and TV. There is also a twin, with beds that can be made up as a king-size, by prior arrangement, and a bunk bedroom, both with TVs and the bunk bedroom with a games console. The family bathroom, with freestanding bath, is also here. There is a south-facing balcony where you can dine as you gaze out over Beer towards the sea. Parking for two cars:- 1 in a lockable garage, 1 outside parking space.  Please pick up garage key from the office in Beer..  There is an additional freezer in the utility room.

Grab your beach gear and stroll 300 metres down to the sand to sunbathe, paddle or have a dip at scenic Beer Beach. Visit vibrant Seaton, 1.5 miles away, and Lyme Regis, where you can hunt for fossils on the beach, 9.5 miles away. Go walking in the Blackdown Hills, 10 miles away.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. Great for relaxing and close to lots of places to visit. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. There were a few minor niggles with the parking, bedroom set up and bins that could have been better to make sure the holiday started well and ended stress free that I would expect a holiday company to be Read moreon top of. Admirals View is a lovely property centrally located in Beer. The accommodation is perfectly set up for guests. The kitchen is well equipped & the living area is spacious. We would definitely recommend this property.

No serious problems The lobby light is too low and being metal hurts if you catch it. Anyone of 6ft will do this, it needs to be lifted up or replaced with a close fitting ceiling light. Also the front step is loose.
