A warm welcome from the owners set the tone for our week in the Boat Shed. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the shared garden and the seating areas provided. Although, it was a steep climb back from Beer and Seaton, Both were in walking distance and we enjoyed the fact we could walk to either, leaving the car ‘at home’. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the beach hut too. All in all, we had a super, relaxing week. Thank you to Helen and Barry, I’m sure we’ll return in the future.
Perfect position, perfect hosts, our second visit and probably not the last!
July 2020 – A wonderful, much needed break after working through lockdown. Gorgeous house and gardens, wonderful scenery. Two weeks has gone too quickly. Thanks Barry and Helen, we hope to come again.
Stayed August 2020 – Had a fab time here. The kids had such fun and we had lots to visit throughout Devon with a ‘couple’ of visits to Lyme Winery! Will return again. Many thanks.
Stayed in August – Second time here and loved it. Amazing scenery and cosy cottage. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Helen and Barry for a wonderful stay, just what we needed. Thanks for the loan of the kayak. Superb yoga too – recommended
