Enjoy a lovely time at this ground-floor flat that’s part of a quiet area with a great location in central Beer. It’s a wonderful holiday retreat for a small family or one or two couples. It’s set slightly off the beaten track, while the shops, eateries and beach of this picturesque fishing village are all within 250 metres.

This modern flat offers a practical kitchen/lounge/diner so you can enjoy spending quality time together. In one corner is a contemporary kitchen with all you’ll need for cooking up a feast to share at the charming dining table for four. With stylish, neutral decor and generous proportions, it feels like a really calming space, complete with comfortable sofa seating and a TV in the lounge. A welcoming double bedroom and a cosy twin share the family bathroom, complete with a bath for holiday soaks.

Head to Beer Beach or other spots along this imposing Jurassic Coast to check out the rock pools, skim some pebbles and try your hand at fossicking. Enjoy a picnic in the Jubilee Gardens on the cliffside above and behind the beach, offering beautiful greenery and panoramic sea views over Lyme Bay. Watch the small fishing vessels come and go or enjoy a mackerel fishing trip, when the season’s right. Seaton is 2 miles east and also accessible directly along the South West Coast Path if you’re up for a bit of a hike. Have a rest once you get there, taking a ride on the heritage-style tramway out to Colyton village and back.

One of the best rental properties we have stayed in. Very well furnished at owners have thought of everything a guest might need. The car park was very helpful and would be more so in the summer months.

Nice, cosy and comfortable apartment. Great location with easy parking space. One niggle -small bathroom with electric shower in bath that is not great. But overall we were very happy and pleased with the apartment.

Beer is a lovely little fishing village. Very good location for getting out and about in the Jurassic Coast. Apartment is in a quiet location with private parking and within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and local shops.

Great location in the centre of the village. Designed, I suspect with holiday lets in mind, the accommodation was adequate for purpose and roomy for 4 adults with the beds surprisingly very comfortable. Excellent location central to the village and its amenities. Great to have parking with the property especially in Beer. The property was warm and cosy and we would highly recommend it.

The flat is compact but has everything you need for a great holiday in Beer. The location is excellent and the free parking is a real bonus.
