Pioneer 7



The property is entirely ground floor with two steps down leading to a communal hallway. From there it is just a few paces to its own Front Door.


It benefits from its own Private Parking at the rear in Bay 7. It is suitable for a normal family sized car. It is level with good space to unload once parked.


The key safe is at a sensible height above ground and the entrance is well lit.


Heating is electric by Storage heaters running on Economy 7 electric.


The lounge area is step free and carpeted with a small rug. With TV, two settees, coffee tables and a reading light.


The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.


The kitchen area floor is of a tile effect boarding with various floor and wall units, a fridge with small freezer section, a washing machine and a cooker.


The bedrooms are fully carpeted. The main bedroom has one double bed and a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The other has two single beds, a mirror fronted wardrobe and a bedside cabinet and stool.


The bathroom has vinyl flooring. It has a WC, wash hand basin, a “L” shaped bath with electric shower, a heated towel rail and extractor fan.

Ideal apartment for those who have mobility problems. Comfortably furnished and decorated. Great value for money.

Location: Right in the centre of Beer village - a level walk to the shops, pubs and clifftop, but set back off the main street.

Accommodation: Pioneer 7 has been newly decorated with new carpets throughout and new beds. Entirely ground floor but two steps down at the entrance. Living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player. Radio/CD player. Fitted cream shaker kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob. washing machine, tumble dryer, under worktop fridge/freezer and microwave. Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Bedroom 2 with twin singles (3' beds) and fitted wardrobe, adequate drawer space. Modern bathroom with L shaped bath, over bath shower, wash basin and WC.

Restrictions:  Regret no pets and No Smoking inside. Linen and towels are not included but can be hired. Convector heater can be hired. 

Outside: Private parking for one car in Bay Number 7 . Night storage heaters. Tumble dryer. Electricity included. Available all year.

We have just had a wonderful relaxing holiday in the Beer. What a beautiful quaint little village in East Devon. The apartment is in an excellent location close to shops, restaurants, pubs & beach. Well furnished & equipped with everything that you need. The allocated parking at the property is a bonus in this quaint little village. Would definitely like to return to Beer & this apartment.
