This is our fifth visit to Milibet this year, so we obviously love it! It is perfect in its location just across the road from the seafront with beautiful views of the whole skyline, whatever the weather, a constant source of delight. Dedicated parking and easy access to the ground floor make arriving and departing as simple as can be. Inside, Milibet is comfortable and convenient with a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. We'll certainly be back in 2022!
Milibet is a perfect holiday property for us. It is conveniently located on a single ground floor level with reserved street parking directly outside. Moreover, the Esplanade and beach are literally just across the road. The bay windows afford an ever changing view of the sea and the cliffs at either end of the seafront. The property is well equipped and very comfortable in all seasons. We have returned 5 times this year!
Very close to the beach. Very comfortable and clean accommodation.
This was our 3rd stay at the Milibet our last stay being in 2016. Milibet was just as we remembered with the exception of new furniture and lamps in the lounge. It would have been welcomed, for privacy purposes, if net curtains were also hung at the windows of the twin bedroom (we believe they were when we last stayed). We love staying at the Milibet it is ideally situated for the beach, harbour, tram and shops; and being on one level is perfect for our disabled granddaughter who also loves that the ice-cream kiosk is just across the road, a quick glance out of the window tells her when it is open. A free allocated parking space is an added bonus. Beer, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are all within a short drive and lovely places to visit. We also visited Exmouth which was less than an hour's drive from the Milibet. There are numerous places to eat in Seaton and while they are not Michelin Star the quality is acceptable or alternatively there are several outlets who offer take away or there is Tesco or the Co-op if you are eating in. We would highly recommend the Dolphin Hotel in Beer for its sunday roast, excellent quality and reasonably priced. There were some negatives on this visit to do with cleaning issues but nothing bad enough to deter us from staying at the Milibet again in the future. We had a very enjoyable week.
This was our second visit to Milibet this year and we found it a comfortable and convenient haven even when the weather was more changeable. The location on the sea front provides constant interest with the ever changing scene of sea, sky and passers-by, framed by the majestic backdrop of Beer Head.
If its a hop, skip, and jump you want from the sea for your holiday stay, Milibet is your ideal location. literally a pebbles throw from the sea. Seaton is ideally situated between Sidmouth to the west and Lyme Regis to the east. A well furnished holiday let, unfortunately the sun did not always shine, but Milibet provided a warm and cosy place to be in the evenings when the rain came down. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday let to others. we shall return in the future, until then enjoy Milibet, Seaton, and Glorious Devon.
Milibet is a comfortable, convenient and completely self-contained ground floor maisonette. Its location just across the road from the beach is ideal, as is the parking space adjacent to the property. Unloading and loading from the ground floor could not be easier. Furnishings are comfortable and the linen supplied is of top quality and plentiful. This is our second visit and we have already booked two extra weeks so we can be sure to return and enjoy once more the beautiful sunsets and the activity on the seafront which we have grown to love so much.
