Excellent holiday situation with just a few steps across the Esplanade to the magnificent mile long beach for swimming, water sports, rock pooling, fishing or just lazing in a deck chair.

Location and Area:
LOCATION, location, location……… Conveniently just a 5-minute level stroll to the local shops in one direction and pretty Axe Harbour with yacht club and cliff top golf course in the other.

Walk along by the River Axe to the pretty village of Axmouth, one mile away with 2 local inns. Nearby is the famous Seaton tramway, which runs along the beautiful River and Valley (a bird watcher’s paradise) to Colyford and market town of Colyton.

Superb walks along the South West Coast Path, one way to nearby Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and the other to the quaint fishing village of Beer, further on to Branscombe and Sidmouth.

A perfect home from home, relaxing by the sea in an idyllic location.

We loved The Breakers, especially the view and the location. The house is a good size and comfortable with everything we needed. The balcony in particular is lovely! We enjoyed Seaton, particularly how calm and clean it is and would be happy to return to The Breakers again.

Spacious accommodation, well equipped. Very clean . Balcony a real bonus to enjoy the views. House is slightly dated. Downstairs toilet and shower are separate and are quite small.
