This stunning bijou apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished without removing the original beams. It’s been attractively furnished to a superb standard with excellent quality fixtures and fittings. The mezzanine bedroom with skylights and a sloping ceiling is a delight and the rear patio receives its fair share of sun.

Access to this apartment is from the front of the building (The Counting House) into a shared hall with its intercom system. There are then stairs to the first floor and the apartment. As you enter, you’ll notice it’s very light and bright and that there is oak flooring throughout except for in the luxury carpeted bedroom. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has two large windows overlooking the square, a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a well-fitted and equipped kitchen for crafting tasty meals. Staying on this level, there is a fully tiled, luxury shower room featuring a large shower cubicle with both rainfall and handheld showerheads. A spiral staircase from the living area leads up to an open mezzanine floor that features a king-size bedroom with limited headroom on one side.

This beautiful apartment is situated in the square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets all close by. You’ll be under 100 metres from the beach and the seafront with its esplanade. The pretty harbour is an easy 0.5-mile level walk away and the golf course is a little further. It’s just a short walk to the South West Coast Path; in one direction, you can reach the picturesque fishing village of Beer (2 miles), or Branscombe (5 miles) and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis (8 miles) with its famous harbour wall known as the Cobb and an excellent selection of specialist shops. A little further on is Charmouth (11.5 miles) with the Heritage Coast Centre offering fossil hunting walks, rockpool rambles and special marine events.

  • 1 king-size bedroom

When we arrived the fridge was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned. The derails said there was a freezer but there was only an icebox at the top of the fridge. The work services had crumbs over them. Me and my husband, spent the first half an hour cleaning. Not really what we want to do on holiday. The sink in the bathroom had a blRead moreack ring of dirt around the plughole. The mezzanine floor is lovely but gets very hot even with the windows open. There should be a fan or air con unit up there. We had the windows closed most evenings as in the morning it was very noisy. The location was fabulous and we would definitely visit Seaton and Beer again. Hide

Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Lots of nearby places to explore but equally loved spending days on Seaton beach. Good local shops for essentials with a special shout out to Pauls bakery (amazing Eccles cakes) and the Vending Shed.
