The popular Regency coastal town of Sidmouth with a splendid variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and theatre is a 15-minute drive. The famous Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth with café/restaurant is also close by. Lyme Regis, known as ‘The Pearl of Dorset’ famous for its historical Cobb is a 15-minute drive.

The Orchard was lovely, spacious, so comfortable and very well equipped. It has a beautiful garden with grass and shrubs, a patio seating area, and is safe and secure for pets. Can honestly say that it has the most comfortable sofas we have ever had in a holiday home, perfect after a long day. Only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront so didn't have to take the car. It has everything you would need in a holiday home.
Wonderful property and location. Comfortable and relaxing in every way you need to holiday. Very good Bakery, Butcher and Fish and Chip shops within 5 minutes walk and excellent fresh fish from the shop on Bere beach. Highly recommended
