An excellent location right in the heart of Seaton with it's own parking, yet tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is generally very good with a lovely, dog friendly garden. Staying in October we found it lovely and warm with no major issues.

Lovely house a short walk from both the town and seafront. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of room for 5 adults with a dog.

The house is in a great location , it is let down by the dated decor and the poor standard of cleanliness . The bedding and towels were clean and a good standard. The house had not been cleaned properly for a long time , it needs a deep clean , carpets need to be changed as they are very old and smell. The house had a feel that an elderly couple haRead moreve moved out to go into care and it had been left as they left it . upstairs is better and has clearly had some updating to the rooms but downstairs leaves a lot to be desired. For the money we paid we were expecting a better standard . Little things like leaving hand wash and hand towels in the bathrooms, a few dishwasher tablets and more than one tea towel makes such a difference . The house is lovely and big but the poor standard of cleaning and old fashioned decor lets it down and will prevent us from booking again. Hide

The Orchard was our first visit to Seaton in many years. It did not disappoint for our dog as it was very pet friendly both inside and out of the house. There were ample ammenities to be used for my family. The beds were very clean and bed linen spotless.

We have so enjoyed our time in this lovely house. So generously equipped and beds very comfortable. We probably most enjoyed the train ride with our 3 year old who was allowed up front with the train driver, and tooted the horn as we left! Thank you for the extras like Netflix -(Paw Patrol much appreciated Will highly recommend to friends)

We can highly recommend this property. It's in a really convenient location being close to the local shops and sea front. The owners are extremely considerate and maintain a very high standard and understand the needs of holiday makers - especially those needing a dog friendly property. We felt at home immediately with lovely comfortable sofas in tRead morehe living room and a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with lovely crisp white linen and large fluffy towels. Sad to leave it. Hide
