Boasting a mature garden for outdoor relaxation and cosy interiors with a wood burner, the house is well positioned for reaching the centre of the seaside town of Seaton. Just 0.5 miles away, you will find yourself at the beach, where you can soak up the sun, have a paddle, or even try your hand at water sports.
The spacious hallway leads through to an inviting drawing room with a wood burner that will make a chilly day much more enjoyable. Watch a movie on the TV in the evening after a long day of exploring. For those that prefer some privacy, the conservatory is the ideal spot. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to whip up delicious meals for your guests. Afterwards, gather around the dining room table to eat and socialise together. There is also a family bathroom located on the ground floor. Head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find a family bedroom with a double and single bed. Also on this level are a double bedroom, single room, and family shower room. On sunny days, the enclosed garden with a patio is great for al fresco dining.
Just a 0.5-mile walk from the house, you can join the scenic South West Coast Path; there’s a lovely 4-mile walk to Lyme Regis, passing through the Undercliffs National Nature Reserve. Alternatively, spend a day in the Regency town of Sidmouth, 9 miles away, famous for its exquisite architecture and impressive arboretum.
