This cottage is the perfect holiday base for families looking to explore the picturesque seaside town of Seaton and the East Devon countryside. Located at the end of a small terrace, it's just 1 mile from the local mile-long beach. Once there, you can take a walk along the esplanade and enjoy stunning harbour views. There are lots of restaurants and cafes to stop off at along the way and sample some of the delicious seafood and cream teas that the town has to offer.

From the entrance porch, step inside the warm and inviting lounge and sink into the plush corner sofa in front of the TV. The four-seater dining table is perfect for family dinners, and the well-equipped kitchen is accessed via two steps. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom. When night falls, there are two bedrooms to choose from on the first floor, including a double bedroom with an ornamental fireplace, dressing table and rocking chair, and a pretty twin bedroom which overlooks the rear garden. When the sun is shining, gather outside and bask in the Devon sunshine in the landscaped garden. Four steps lead up to a decked area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are two further steps to a tiered pebbled area with a corner seat.

Seaton is situated along the world-renowned Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy here, such as exploring the South West Coast Path, which runs through the town, and discovering the Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve, located 1 mile away. There are also plenty of other seaside destinations to explore nearby, including Sidmouth (10 miles) and Lyme Regis (8 miles).
