These beautiful apartments are located in the Square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets all to hand. Only a minute’s walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach. The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk away and the golf course a little further. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.

A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre, offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen’, shops and weekly street market is a 15 minute drive. Ideally positioned to attend the River Cottage courses, weekend dining and special events at Park Farm, only 15 minute drive.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful apartment, the standard of furniture and equipment was superb, also so close to the beach and shops (rather good bakery there) would have no hesitation in recommending. Will hopefully be back for another visit very soon. Pam and Jack Cant

The property was tucked away in the village centre but within a couple of minutes walk of the beach and across the road from a lovely pub an Italian restaurant/takeaway with a shop at the back of the garden. The enclosed garden was brilliant where the dog could wonder around without any problems. The actual apartment was very modern and looked just like the photos and was spotlessly clean, it had everything you could want. It was very quiet and relaxing. It may not been the prettiest of buildings but its central location makes it a little gem.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location very close to the beach. It was very spacious for a one bedroom apartment and very well equipped. It catered brilliantly for our boxer dog as the self contained secure garden was perfect. We will definitely book this accommodation again when we go to Seaton. Have already recommended it to other family members.

This property could hardly have a better location, right in the centre of Seaton but with no traffic noise. It is an ample size for two people and well equipped.

Very conveniently placed in Seaton for the town and the sea front, this holiday accommodation provided us with a pleasant break. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful, apart from the seagulls, for a town centre apartment.
