Description

Daisy is in a very peaceful, relaxed and rural setting near Sidmouth in the Stoneleigh Holiday Park. Daisy Bungalow is a detached bungalow that offers guests an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner and a large family bathroom providing a walk in shower (1 step up into the shower) as well as a separate bath and two good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is suitable for children and adults with twin single beds. The location of the property is fantastic, the bungalow is able to offer private parking for one car for the guests and has lovely sea views mainly enjoyed from the long lounge window.

It is close to the Donkey Sanctuary, you can hear the donkeys from time to time and they have a large cafe and shop along with information about their donkeys, with lots of grounds to explore, this is all just a short, flat walk away. This is perfect for every age. The Blue Ball Inn at Sidford is only 1.9 miles away and offers great pub grub! Looking for day time activities then Bicton Park Botanical Gardens is worth a visit along with The Pecorama at Beer and Sidmouth main town. If you have young family with you Crealy Theme Park is only a few miles away. So much to do!

Master Bedroom Kingsize Bed (5'), two bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror, full length wall mounted mirror, radio alarm clock. 

Bedroom 2 Twin Beds (3' Singles), bedside cabinet with lamp and alarm clock, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror. 

Family Bathroom Bath with hand held shower, separate walk in shower, W.C., hand basin.

 

Garden: Large open grass area along with a patio, bench seats provided. This offers a lovely sea view. 

Parking: Private off road parking is available. Suitable for one large car or two smaller cars one parked in front of the other. 

Changeover Day: Saturday - Arrival 3:00pm - Departure 10:00am 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsden Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Electric radiators throughout the property. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No WiFi but there is Mifi – via mobile router from O2, the signal tends to vary though as it is a very rural location. No Pets. No Smoking. Property only available 1st March - 31st October. Mobile Phone signal is patchy due to rural location.

We had a wonderful holiday at Daisy Bungalow and as ever Jean Bartlett did not disappoint! The bungalow was very clean, well equipped and comfortable! We loved all the amazing walks nearby! We went to Weston Mouth a secluded beach and Salcombe Regis! We enjoyed visiting the donkey sanctuary and we had a delicious breakfast in the cafe! We spent a day at beautiful Beer and also Branscombe! We would highly recommend Daisy Bungalow and Jean Bartlett cottage holidays! We can’t wait to book our next break!!!
