Aberlyn is a spacious and attractive apartment offering wonderful river and hillside views. Nestled in the hillside overlooking the East Lyn River this top floor apartment has a private entrance at the rear (short path with 2 steps) and with parking adjacent. Situated on the coastal edge of The Exmoor National Park the surrounding areas are home to a huge variety of wildlife including the famous Exmoor red deer. The National Trust House and tea rooms of Watersmeet are a picturesque stroll along the river bank and Lynmouth's good selection of harbour side pubs, restaurants and shops are all within a few minutes downhill walk. The apartment has recently been refurbished and offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation and is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style.  A large open plan living area has been designed to take full advantage of the views with bi-fold doors opening out onto a balcony. With the sound of the river below this is a perfect spot for relaxing on balmy evenings whilst comfy settees surround a feature fireplace with a woodburner for those cooler seasons.   An attractive, modern and well equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for eating in with friends and family.  Two good sized  bedrooms each have their own en suite shower rooms(with some low beams).  Aberlyn is perfect as a base for exploring the stunning landscapes of North Devon by foot, car or on horseback and will undoubtedly become a firm favourite.
