Seaview Apartment has its own private entrance and is located on the top floor of an imposing country house nestling in the wooded hillsides high above the picturesque Exmoor village of Lynmouth.  This well appointed apartment enjoys lovely sea and hillside views.It is an ideal retreat yet provides easy access to the splendour of Exmoor and the many coast, country and riverside walks that abound in this most spectacular location.  The entrance to the apartment is via a ramp or steps from an allocated parking space and leads to a private decked patio and through glazed door into an attractive double bedroom with en suite facilities.  The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and offers wonderful views across the Lyn Valley and out over Lynmouth to the sea. All the facilities of Lynmouth including a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, beachside manor greens and a rock and shingle beach is an exhilarating downhill walk or short drive.  The famous funicular railway connects Lynmouth to its 'twin' village of Lynton and is an experience that should not be missed!  Whether you want to just get away from it all or explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Seaview Apartment is a property you will want to return to year after year.
