A spacious open plan living/dining room at the front of the apartment has floor to ceiling windows to provide the unique panoramic views throughout the seasons.  This wonderful light and airy room is an ideal space to relax, unwind and dine with family or friends and has doors opening out onto a narrow front patio.  A newly fitted high quality kitchen at the rear of the apartment offers all you will need for dining in.  The flexible sleeping arrangements in the apartment make this an ideal base for a family, couples or a group of friends. There are two attractive bedrooms, a King with ensuite facilities and sea views and a Twin bedded room at the rear. A single sofa bed with additional single trundle bed allows for an alternative single or Twin arrangement sleeping facilities. Providing ample space for all the family and views that will never fail to impress this is a very special apartment amid this wonderful countryside where Exmoor meets the sea.  The writer C S Lewis author of The Narnia Chronicles visited the Lynton Cottage hotel in August 1925 and noted. "The view was beyond everything I have seen - Straight ahead and across the gorge, the hillside rose hundreds of feet above us into a cap of well shaped rock. Behind that the Lyn valley opened out in long perspective of winding water and many coloured woods, heather and grass. To the left was the bay, not deeply blue but of a strangely pure clear colour and beyond it a line of surf between the water and the cliffs which fell away East and North." 

Close to the centre of the village yet with wonderful coastal and country walks available directly from the property. This special apartment is ideal if you wish to abandon your car and just enjoy the peaceful location, unique views and the delights offered by Lynton and Lynmouth also know as 'Little Switzerland'. Additionally the splendour of Exmoor with its many hidden treasures and beauty spots and the wonderful coastline and beaches of the Golden Coast around Woolacombe and Croyde are all easily accessible. 

Accommodation: Communal entrance to Ground floor: Open plan living/ dining room with feature fireplace, sea views, 43" Smart TV and Single sofa bed with additional single trundle bed for alternative sleeping.  Kitchen with electric range cooker, microwave fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 with King, sea views and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Please note one single bed is 5’ 9” long and is accessed by a short step ladder of 3 steps. Flexible sleeping available with single day bed and single pull out bed in living room. Shower room with WC and basin.

Electric ECO Heating.  Superfast Wifi Broadband.   No smoking. 1 dog welcome. 2 allocated parking spaces, further parking available in the village streets and car parks. Patio furniture. Regret supermarket deliveries are not possible at this property. Short breaks available, depending on season. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. 


Very good location, no need to take a car out at all - excellent walks on your doorstep. And relaxing at the property is easy with that view.
