Aptly named Park View, is a cosy two bedroom apartment on a small holiday park, overlooking the idyllic West Lyn River in the picturesque hamlet of Lynbridge.  The raised position of the apartment takes advantage of the stunning vista, encompassing the beautiful wooded Lyn valley and the river as it cascades towards the sea. The apartment is reached by a small flight of steps through a pretty landscaped shrubbery and  is cosy and inviting with river and valley views from both the living room and double bedroom.  A glazed door gives direct access into an open plan living/dining room and fitted kitchen area. From the living area an internal hallway leads to the double and twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom, making the apartment an ideal base for couples or a family.  With a local character Inn serving good food close by, all the amenities of Lynton within a 10 minute exhilarating walk and easy access to Lynmouth via the famous cliff railway from Lynton you can enjoy a great relaxing holiday amid the lush greenery in this deeply cut Exmoor valley whilst being ideally located to explore all that this beautiful area has to offer. This is an ideal spot for walkers with wonderful river, coastal and moorland walks accessed directly from the property.  The surrounding splendour of Exmoor offers many famous beauty spots all within a short drive including, Porlock Weir, Doone Valley and Tarr Steps.  However for those who wish to venture further afield the popular coastal resort Ilfracombe with its choice of shops, galleries and restaurants are only approx. 30 minutes scenic drive whilst the glorious sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Bay are just a further 10 minute drive.

Accommodation: Steps up to Ground floor: Open plan living/dining room with Freeview TV/DVD. Kitchen area with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.  Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin, towel rail.

Facilities & Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH, No smoking.  1 pet allowed (dogs to be kept on a lead within the site grounds).  Wifi.  Private parking for one car adjacent to the property. Onsite facilities include small shop, cafe, off licence and laundrette. There is free fishing rights to the West Lyn River (Environmental Agency license required). Short breaks available September-January 2018 (exc Xmas and New Year, minimum 3 nights).. Arrival time 3pm.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
