Description

Positioned in an enviable and sought-after location in North Devon, Spinnaker is located in the heart of the village of Instow, with spectacular views over the Tarka Trail and out to the estuary and beyond.

Instow is a charming waterside village, with a great choice of local bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from and plenty of outdoor spots to watch the sun slip beyond the horizon with a glass of wine. The beach is incredibly popular with dog walkers, with pretty boats lining the shores and dramatic sand dunes lining the coast.

Spinnaker is a first floor apartment positioned between the small harbour and the beach, and overlooks the Tarka Trail, which is perfect for cyclists, runners and those who enjoy a long and scenic walk along the coast of North Devon.

The interior has been decorated tastefully, with comfortable furnishings and hues of blue to compliment the seaside location, and there is ample space to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink after a busy or active day!

A spacious entry hall leads to a kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area with access via French doors to the balcony, where pretty views over the estuary to the village of Appledore can be enjoyed. There are two cosy and comfortable bedrooms, both served by a family shower room.

Accommodation:  First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 with Twin beds and Smart TV. Family shower room with walk in shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area, with Smart TV, dining table for 4, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. French doors lead to balcony with seating.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas central heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. Shared communal garden area. No smoking. Parking for 1 car in private parking space, further visitor parking area. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
