This detached property offers family accommodation on the outskirts of the market town of Barnstaple and is within easy access to both the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. Spark up the BBQ in the back garden whilst the kids play in the games garage.

There is a large lawned, fully enclosed garden at the back of the property and the garden furniture and portable BBQ make dining al fresco on the decked patio a relaxing treat.

Within a 1-mile stroll of local shops, as well as being only 1.5 miles away from the centre of Barnstaple and its theatre and high street, this cottage has all the amenities to hand and is also in a great position to set off for a day on the beach at Saunton, Croyde or Woolacombe (all within 12 miles). You’ll be just 11 miles from Exmoor National Park too with all the waterfalls, rivers and mesmerising countryside you can handle. Back in Barnstaple, why not try trampolining at Air Extreme, ten-pin bowling or catching a movie at the cinema?

2nd stay at Cleeve. The property has it all from great location to the beaches of Crowed, Saunton and Westward Ho and. Cleeve has plenty of space for a family and the back garden has plenty of space and sunny.
