This single-storey holiday cottage offers the perfect rural retreat for families looking to explore the stunning North Devon countryside. Located just 2.5 miles from the market town of Barnstaple, the cottage was once the carriage house for a Regency residence which dates back to 1752. Guests can enjoy access to the shared garden and 69 acres of pasture and woodland, ideal for exploring, walking or simply taking it easy.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for spending quality time together. Enjoy the cosy sofa in front of the TV, meals at the table, and drinks and snacks in the kitchen. When night falls, the property has two good-sized bedrooms, a double and a twin, plus a family bathroom. With plenty of outdoor space and views of the estuary, you'll want to spend plenty of time outside. You'll also have access to the complex's shared facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a games room with a full-sized snooker table, a trampoline and other ball sports equipment, and a BBQ for al fresco dining.
