The property which adjoins the owner’s own home is set in a beautiful quiet location and benefits from it’s own private entrance and off road parking.  Local amenities including a character Inn serving great food including takeaways throughout the week and garage stores are all within walking distance. The vibrant village of Braunton where there are further amenities including shops and an array of restaurants and pubs catering for every culinary taste is less than a mile.  Knowle is surrounded by beautiful woodlands, country lanes and valley views, ideal for walks, hiking, running and cycling. A choice of wonderful sandy beaches including Saunton and Croyde are within 5 miles with Woolacombe just a few miles further. Guests can enjoy many local family attractions including Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur park and Exmoor Zoo all within a 30minute drive.

As you walk into the ground floor entrance lobby you know that you have found somewhere special. The entrance hall has ample facilities for coats and shoes and leads to the carpeted staircase which takes you up to the large contemporary and comfortable open plan living /kitchen/ dining area in minimalistic style and includes quality flooring. This room has a light and airy feel about it which is accentuated by the oak beams and large windows which have views over the surrounding countryside.
