This large family house which consists of two properties, interlinked by a doorway in between the second bedrooms of each property, is the ideal property for two families or extended family and friends to holiday together whilst still each retaining their privacy.
Situated within easy walking distance to the village of Braunton with its pubs, shops and restaurants it is in the perfect location to which to enjoy exploring the village amenities and a cycle along the Tarka Trail, or you can use the property as a base from which to discover the award winning beaches and stunning scenery of North Devon.
Each property has its own front door, living rooms and fully fitted kitchens. There is also a large dining room that will seat 10 allowing everyone to get together to enjoy a family meal. The double doors from the dining room on to the patio allow the outside in, perfect for barbeques with the whole party.
The right hand side property (Butts Cottage) has hallway leading to the kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 stools, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fan assisted double oven and grill, there is also a Dulce Gusto coffee machine for your morning coffee. The large living room benefits from a 2 and 3-seater leather sofas and 43” HD Smart TV. Dining room has large table to seat 10. There is also a downstairs WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master with King-size bed and the second bedroom with two singles and a pull-out truckle bed. Outside there is a lawned area with a large picnic table and extra seating and a gate leads to the parking area where there is parking for two cars.
The front door to the left (Corner Cottage) benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, Living room with large corner sofa and armchair, 43inch Smart TV and dining table. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single and the shower room has a double drench shower. A small fully enclosed patio garden with table and chairs makes a handy addition to the outside space.
