Clean, bright, thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped - foresight of needs much in evidence. 2 parking spaces very welcome; & the OS map a useful touch. Location good for shopping at Tesco, and for daytime meals and the soft play at The Quay. A short distance along the Tarka Trail to the centre of Braunton can make a pleasant walk. Stayed for a wRead moreeek at Christmas and weather foul, so outside facilities at the rear of the house not used at all. Hide

A beautiful property which contains everything you need in a home. So very comfortable and stylishly furnished and also spotlessly clean. Its in a very quiet area but also within a few minutes walk of the village if you use the designated paths. Braunton is the perfect place for expiring the area with shops pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. I Read morehighly recommend this property. Hide

We've had a wonderful week in this lovely, well-equipped house which was spotless. We recommend the carriage museum at Arlington Hall Nt as well as great beaches. Kiddies (3 & 5) loved the little train ride at woody bay. What a beautiful part of the world this is! Well done Manda + Graham x
