Offering original character together with modern style, this delightful converted Coach House is situated off a quiet lane and just a short walk to the centre of the vibrant village of Braunton. The spacious living areas have oak flooring and overlook the fully enclosed courtyard. The main entrance offers a large glazed porch with plenty of space for coats and boots and leads into the living room, which is the perfect place to relax with comfy leather sofas surrounding a woodburner in a feature stone fireplace. A spacious open plan well equipped kitchen includes an attractive dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends. French windows open out from the kitchen onto the courtyard should you wish to enjoy alfresco dining. Three attractive good sized bedrooms can be found on the first floor all decorated in calm neutral colours and with feature beams, some sloping ceilings and modern wooden latched doors. All three bedrooms overlook the courtyard with the king room having views of the historic parish church. There is a shower room on both the first and ground floor. The rear enclosed courtyard offers space for parking as well as areas to relax. Just a short walk to the village with a choice of local shops, character pubs, cafes and restaurants. An ideal location for  walkers and cyclists with the Tarka Trail that follows the old railway running through the village and around the estuary towards Barnstaple, Instow and Bideford.  The magnificent sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde are within a ten minute drive.
