Tucked away in a convenient location close to the centre of the vibrant village of Braunton.  Corner Cottage is in a good position to access the spectacular coastal scenery just two miles away and all the village amenities including a choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and individual shops are just a 5-minute walk away. Challenging coastal walks rise and dip over rocky headlands along the nearby South West Coast path giving panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. Surfers will love the waves at Saunton Sands and around the headland at Croyde Bay. There is a wide choice of surf schools and places to hire and buy boards and wetsuits in both villages and Braunton also plays host to the UK's only British Surf Museum. For those who prefer to keep their feet dry, a prestigious local golf course overlooking Braunton Burrows sand dunes is just up the road. Cyclists will enjoy the famous 'Tarka Trail' which begins in the village and wends its way along rivers and through glorious countryside (bicycles are available to hire locally). There are plenty of opportunities for horse riding, fishing and mountain biking on Exmoor which is around 30 minutes away by car, and the many shops, bars and restaurants of the market town of Barnstaple can be reached in 15 minutes by car or local bus.

This good-sized family home is light and airy, and benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, Living room with large corner sofa and armchair, 43inch Smart TV and dining table. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single and the shower room has a double drench shower. A small fully enclosed patio garden with table and chairs is an ideal place to linger over an evening meal.  The property will accept two pets and maybe another by arrangement.
