As the name suggests this contemporary town house overlooks Braunton’s Great Field, with views across the field towards The Burrows. Conveniently situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the property is within a minute’s walk to the local Tesco stores and a footpath will take you straight into the village which offers an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Arranged over 3 floors the property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with many home comforts. The front door leads into the spacious tiled hallway with coat stand and plenty of space for shoes and boots. The dining room has a large table with stylish light fitting and space to seat 6, the perfect place to relax and enjoy an evening meal with family and friends. The well-designed back garden has artificial grass and rattan furniture so guests can enjoy the outdoors most of the year round. Steps lead up to the decked area with secure storage for bikes and surfboards etc. For keen walkers and naturalists Braunton Burrows, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is within 5 minutes drive as is the 3 mile expanse of dog friendly beach at Saunton Sands. The famous Tarka Trail can be accessed just a couple of minutes from the property and wends its way 30 miles along the river and through the North Devon countryside to Meeth. A wonderfully scenic, car-free track popular with walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists, (bicycles can be hired locally).

Very well appointed, spacious accommodation within walking distance of the village. A quiet location with lovely views from the back of the property. Garden was smaller than expected.

Very comfortable house in great location for exploring North Devon. Lovely dog walks across the burrows to the estuary out of the back gate. Slept very well in the super comfortable beds!
