The open plan kitchen and dining room is an ideal entertaining space with bi-fold doors leading to the decking area and garden, perfect for that summer BBQ. A spacious king size bedroom with wooden flooring overlooks the garden and benefits from a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Next to this is a modern bathroom with large walk in shower with waterfall shower head. The cosy single room with queen sized bed is situated to the front of the property.

A choice of stunning beaches and golf courses are within easy reach - the renowned Saunton Sands Golf Club is just 2.5 miles away with Saunton Sands a further half mile on. A five minute drive from Saunton and you will reach beautiful Croyde Bay. A further ten minutes by car is the stunningly beautiful Woolacombe Sands which recently won Trip Advisor's best beach in the UK Award. If you cycle, The Tarka Trail is a must. It is possible to hire bicycles in the village with cycle hire situated walking distance from the bungalow. There are lovely country walks by the Great Field straight from your doorstep too!
