Centrally located in the village of Combe Martin, this good size second floor apartment provides a comfortable base for amongst others keen walkers looking to holiday surrounded by the dramatic coastal scenery of North Devon and splendours of Exmoor National Park. Stylishly presented, the light and bright living area has a dining table to enjoy and share meals around and a comfy seating area to relax in. To the rear of the kitchen area is a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink. The main bedroom is spacious and benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is a second smaller twin bedroom and family bathroom. Private parking is available at the apartments. A convenience store/post office and the historic Grade II Pack O' Cards Inn, constructed to resemble a pack of cards, are nearby. The other village amenities and rock sheltered beach are within walking distance of the apartment. Combe Martin is steeped in history and for families the area has rock pooling, fishing and horse riding on offer as well as the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The South West Coast Path and Exmoor National Park are on the doorstep. The twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth or the large surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are all within a 30 minutes scenic drive.

Absolutely loved staying here, the photos don’t do the apartment justice so we were over the moon. The shop next door is so handy and having the beach just a quick walk away is great. Would definitely stay here again.
