Take the stairs up to the second floor and enter the hall. Stylishly presented, the light and bright living area has a dining table to enjoy and share meals around and a comfortable seating area to relax in with large bay windows. Watch a movie on the Smart TV and DVD player or keep entertained with the selection of games and books. There’s a large kitchen and beyond this is a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a drink or dine alfresco. The main bedroom is a spacious king-size and benefits from an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a zip-and-link twin which can be converted into a king-size upon request. Finishing the apartment is a pleasant bathroom.

The historic Grade II-listed Pack O' Cards Inn, constructed to resemble a pack of cards, is just 150 metres away, and further village amenities (including shops, pubs and tearooms) and a sheltered beach are within 0.5 miles of the apartment. Combe Martin is steeped in history and the area has rock pooling, fishing and horse riding on offer as well as the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The South West Coast Path (1 mile) is on the doorstep and you’ll already be within Exmoor National Park so plenty of exciting walks await. The twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth are just 13 miles away, where you can travel on the cliff railway or visit Valley of the Rocks. And the large surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are all within a 15-mile scenic drive.

Very well situated property to explore North Devon. Lovely bright & spacious apartment with a good view of Combe Martin bay - really good to watch a sunset from! Nice balcony to see the sunset too. Accommodation was cleaned to a good standard and we would recommend it to friends & family

We have stayed at 5 Rone apartments for a few years and it is a perfect location for exploring the North Devon coast/countryside - we particularly like it as its quieter than other towns and more friendly.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Parking was OK and it was good to have designated space. Close to centre of Combe Martin. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the side window in main living area.

This property is very well situated with a good view of Coombe Martin & great to watch the sun set! It was very clean and bright and welcoming. It is well equipped . Great location for exploring North Devon and we will definitely look to stay here again & would definitely recommend this apartment to friends & family.
