For walkers take the coastal path to Baggy Point the National Trust owned headland with its far reaching coastal and sea views or along the headland to Putsborough beach, taking in panoramic views stretching across to Woolacombe Bay. Within minutes you have a choice of restaurants, ice cream parlours, family friendly pubs and surf shops
The cottage offers a wealth of character and is a charming family home, the entrance porch with original oak front door leads you into the hallway with slate floor. The sitting room with its comfortable large L shaped sofa, wooden flooring and feature Inglenook fireplace houses the, TV, DVD, Freeview and electric woodburner for cooler evenings, patio doors lead out to the private enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture. The character kitchen/dining with slate floor and large Inglenook housing an old wooden pew is a warm and welcoming place to dine after a day out on the beach.
The ground floor bedroom overlooks the garden and provides twin beds. You have a separate ground floor shower room with wash basin and WC also housing a washing machine. The hallway also leads you to the rear porch and access to the garden, this area also stores a tumble dryer and is ideal for storing boots and wetsuits.
The first floor leads up to an open spacious hallway and bedroom two with double bed, vanity unit, and original leaded light window. Bedroom three with twin beds. Bedroom four with double bed and views over the garden. Main family bathroom with washbasin. Separate WC.
The entrance to the property is through a five-bar gate and this gives you private parking for up to three cars and the access to the enclosed garden, which is bordered by shrubs and hedging, also another access directly into the village centre.
