Positioned in an enviable location within the seaside village of Croyde, Kildarna is the ideal base for families who love outdoor and coastal pursuits. The beach is just a short walk away from the property and there are miles of scenic coastline to explore.

Croyde is renowned for the beach and for the selection of cafes and restaurants within the village centre, with surfers and families travelling from all over the country to enjoy the waves and ice cream parlours. The golden beaches of Putsborough and Woolacombe are just a short drive away, or a bracing walk along the coastal path.

Kildarna is nestled in a popular development within close proximity of the beach, and easy access to the village centre. Furnished in a light and comfortable fashion, this is the ideal space to relax after a busy day of exploring the local area.

A spacious entry hall leads to a kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area with double French doors, and there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Accommodation: Ground Floor:  Entrance hall. Lounge/ dining area with TV, comfortable seating and dining table. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with Double bed, TV/DVD player, and en suite with shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 with Twin beds and and TV. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and washbasin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas underfloor heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. Rear patio with secure storage area for bikes etc. No smoking. One pet welcome. Parking for 2 cars outside property. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
