This bright and airy holiday cottage is the perfect place for a family or a group of six friends to relax and make memories. Located within a short walk from picture-postcard village Croyde Bay, you'll be able to make the most of the golden sand and waves, with safe paddling in the shallows and rock pools to explore. Boasting far-reaching views of the sand dunes and sea from the balcony, you'll have plenty of opportunities to take in the fresh coastal air. There's also a large decked BBQ area and beach hut stocked with outdoor games.

This charming holiday cottage is a welcoming retreat, with a sociable open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, flooded with light from several windows and patio doors. Get cosy by the wood burner in the lounge space or rustle up home-cooked delights in the well-equipped kitchen, which also features a large dining table. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room. Upstairs, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with Smart TVs, and a shower room. Enjoy the stunning seascape views from the double bedroom's private, decked balcony, or make the most of the landscaped outdoor space with its large decked area, patio furniture and selection of outdoor games and surfboard rack.

Keen walkers with your pet will be spoilt for choice here, with excellent hikes along the coastline to Baggy Point, and the pretty village of Croyde just 0.5 miles away. Take a stroll and admire the thatched cottages, or sample a delicious Devon cream tea in one of the cafes. The village also has a range of restaurants, pubs and shops, including surf stores where you can hire wetsuits, surfboards, canoes and other water sports essentials.

Longfield beach house was an excellent location for a family holiday. The house is ideally located between Croyde beach and village which are both excellent. The layout of the house is very family friendly and it is clean and well equipped.

Really nice house in a great location halfway between the beach and village. Warm and cosy with everything we needed. Particularly impressed by the the many useful things left in the house in case youd forgotten anything. The outdoor space wouldve been nice to use had we been there in the summer. This was the third year that we had tried to getRead more down to Croyde for the New Year (covid thwarted our plans for the first 2 years). Marsdens were excellent to deal with when we had to cancel the past 2 years and also this time round. Hide

Perfectly situated with easy access to both beach and village - in fact you can do a lovely circular walk! Well equipped in all aspects and the balcony is a special feature. Have already recommended it . Twice !

A lovely property which has been well thought out. The owners have considered everyones holiday needs, providing sun loungers, a place to barbecue, and a stunning balcony and garden area. We hope to return.
