Stylishly presented with fresh and appealing contemporary decor, this lovely semi-detached home is equipped to a high standard. Conveniently located in a private road and quiet area of the village close to local shops, pubs and restaurants and less than five-minute walk to the beach. As you step into the hallway it becomes obvious the owners have taken great care and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms have wood laminate flooring complemented with rugs and neutral-coloured walls. The living room with co-ordinated fabric sofas surround the slate hearth and has a woodburning stove for cosy evenings all year round. A few steps from the modern and bright kitchen/breakfast room brings you out to the attractive south westerly facing enclosed garden. Two bedrooms are stylishly presented, served with a bathroom with white suite. The garage provides ample storage for bikes, surfboards, and beach equipment, and the level enclosed garden presents a wonderful setting for al fresco dining. With a relaxed and restful atmosphere Swell is ideal for those searching for a carefree holiday. For the more energetic the coastal path is close by giving Swell all year-round appeal.

Fantastic property - exactly as photographed, modern, well equipped, spotlessly clean. We visited off-season and found the property to be warm and welcoming, in a fantastic location very close to the heart of Croyde and a short walk to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Swell. After visiting Croyde for over 25 years, this property did not disappoint. Ideal location for the beach and the village, but also for some lovely walks. Absolutely wonderful decor and the property was so clean.
