Stylishly presented with fresh and appealing contemporary decor, this lovely semi-detached home is equipped to a high standard. Conveniently located in a private road and quiet area of the village close to local shops, pubs and restaurants and only a few hundred metres to the beach. With a relaxed and restful atmosphere, this property is ideal for those searching for a carefree holiday in a delightful coastal location.

As you step into the hallway it becomes obvious the owners have taken great care and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms have wood laminate flooring complemented with rugs and neutral-coloured walls. The living room has co-ordinated fabric sofas surrounding the slate hearth and a wood burner for cosy evenings all year round. A few steps from the contemporary and bright kitchen/breakfast room brings you out to the attractive south-westerly facing enclosed garden. Back inside and both the twin and king-size rooms are stylishly presented, and there is also a bathroom with white suite. Outside, the garage provides ample storage for bikes, surfboards, and beach equipment, and the level enclosed garden presents a wonderful setting for al fresco dining.

The surfing mecca of Croyde is a great holiday destination and there’s plenty to see and do on foot – spend hours on the beach, in the water, building sandcastles or peering in rock pools. Enjoy an ice cream from the fab shop in the village or grab some food from one of the great eateries. The South West Coast Path is nearby and you can enjoy a dramatic coastal walk up to the National Trust headland of Baggy Point and follow the path around to Putsborough. Otherwise head 9 miles to the harbour town of Ilfracombe and enjoy the sights.

Nice bungalow, close to the beach and within walking distance of several good pubs/restaurants. Set in a quiet cul de sac with EV charging available.

Lovely property, very clean and well looked after,even having a window cleaner and gardener coming to keep the outside spick and span too. Everything we needed was provided.. The bungalow was close to the centre of Croyde and within walking distance to the beach
