Conveniently located in a quiet area of the village close to local shops, pubs and restaurants and less than five minute walk to the beach. As you step into the hallway it becomes obvious the owners have taken great care and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms have wood laminate flooring complemented with rugs and pastel coloured walls. The living room with chocolate brown leather sofas surround the slate hearth and has a woodburning stove for cosy evenings all year round. A few steps from the modern and bright kitchen/breakfast room brings you out to the attractive south westerly facing enclosed garden. Two bedrooms are stylishly presented, served with a bathroom with white suite. The garage provides ample storage for surfboards and beach equipment, and the level enclosed garden presents a wonderful setting for al fresco dining. With a relaxed and restful atmosphere Swell is ideal for those searching for a carefree holiday. For the more energetic the coastal path is close by giving  Swell all year round appeal.
