Wenlock is a beautifully presented semi detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to the picturesque village centre of Croyde.  Just a level stroll to a choice of family friendly pubs, cafes and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to the superb sandy, surfing beach. Coast and countryside walks can be enjoyed direct from the property, whilst the stunning National Trust headland at Baggy Point is just a few minutes drive away. So whether you want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday or wish to experience more invigorating pursuits including coastal walks or cycling, this is an ideal property for families and groups of friends all year round.

The heart of Wenlock is its main living space, a modern kitchen/living/dining room where guests can enjoy their stay. Relaxing on the comfortable sofas you are treated to a Smart TV with curved screen. The kitchen area is light, airy and well equipped, including a Tassimo coffee machine. Accessed from the kitchen, the patio is ideal for alfresco meals and summer barbecues whilst the remaining garden is laid to lawn all enclosed by trees, shrubs and fencing providing shelter and privacy. The rear garden is fully enclosed, which makes it perfect for pets and children. 

All the bedrooms are stylishly presented and served by an attractive bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Three bedrooms, double, king and twin. The king bedroom also has a small sun room with garden furniture which looks out onto the rear garden.

The garage provides ample storage for cycles, surfboards and beach paraphernalia, handy if you intend to ride a wave, perhaps picnic in the sand dunes or cycle the Tarka Trail with the family.

Kitchen area with electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ( tumble dryer in garage) and Tassimo coffee machine. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with King and door to rear sun room. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath with shower attachment over bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric and N/S heaters (only N/S heater in main room). Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Selection of games, books and DVD's. 1 pet allowed. Travel Cot provided. Garden furniture. Outdoor shower. Barbecue. Private parking for 1 car on driveway and on street parking. Use of garage for storage of cycles and surf gear. Short breaks available.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.


Just back from a wonderful stay at Wenlock. Everything was excellent, from the location to the facilities; and now just trying to work out when we can return! And our dog loved it, in fact she didn't want to leave!! :-)
